Dried Whole Egg Powder

Dried Whole Egg Powder replaces fresh, liquid, frozen or shell eggs without compromising the qualities that baking professionals and food formulators demand.

Dried Whole Egg offers specific functional qualities. The egg white portion offers both structure and leavening, while the egg yolk has emulsifying qualities, which create stability.

Each kilogram of whole egg is the equivalent of six dozen eggs (72 eggs) or four kilograms of liquid whole egg.

To compensate for the water removed from these eggs, an increase of 3000ml of water is necessary for every kilogram of Dried Whole Egg. For best results, Dried Whole Egg should be blended with the other dry ingredients, and the additional water incorporated later in the process.

Dried Whole Egg Powder is supplied in 25kg units.

Egg powders are Kosher and Halal approved and the manufacturing plants are BRC Food Safety approved and audited.
